1Terminez votre journée d’écriture en vous relisant. Le lendemain, avant de commencer à créer, relisez-vous encore et rectifier vos erreurs de syntaxe, d’orthographe, de grammaire.
2Idem pour les chapitres. Lorsque vous en avez fini plusieurs, relisez-les afin de relever les incohérences dans le texte. Croyez-moi, il y en a toujours.
3Faites abstraction de votre histoire. Je sais, c’est compliqué. Mais pour une bonne relecture qui soit la plus neutre possible, il est nécessaire de rester concentré sur la forme et pas sur le contenu. Si vous y arrivez, vous trouverez des erreurs, des fautes encore et toujours à rectifier.
4Lisez votre texte à voix haute. Cela vous aidera à entendre si votre texte est bon.
5Si vous avez fait tout cela et que malgré tout vous êtes persuadé qu’il reste des erreurs, faites-le lire à un proche capable de neutralité. Il sera un atout important.
